Now that Benedict Spector has turned over West Point To The administration, the democrats have nothing standing in their way. With 60 votes in the senate the last vestige of Republican influence has dwindled to a "bully pulpit" ( too bad there is no one in the senate with a back bone).

As we look into the future the democrats are surely in charge . If things go well and improve the democrats will win in a landslide and dominate the landscape for years to come , BUT if things go bad they will bear the full brunt of their choices. Either way they wont have George Bush to kick around anymore

Bill of Rights

Amendment I

Amendment VI

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Didnt know I was one !

After the memo from Janet Napolitano it was very obvious that except for a few things the current administrations considers me a right wing extremist. Wow and I thought I was just a working stiff trying to get through the week. That memo was shamefull and she should resign for her position. There are some that are heading down the path of extremism . They are hugging and bowing to those that destroy this country. They are spending amounts of money that cannot be fathomed by the average person. they are developing a plan for a youth movement right from the nazis of the 30's .. And they are handing over information that lets our enemies know exactly what to expect when captured. As Pogo said in a previous generation "we have met the enemy and he is us !
