Now that Benedict Spector has turned over West Point To The administration, the democrats have nothing standing in their way. With 60 votes in the senate the last vestige of Republican influence has dwindled to a "bully pulpit" ( too bad there is no one in the senate with a back bone).
As we look into the future the democrats are surely in charge . If things go well and improve the democrats will win in a landslide and dominate the landscape for years to come , BUT if things go bad they will bear the full brunt of their choices. Either way they wont have George Bush to kick around anymore
