One of the greatest shames is the combining of Washington's and Lincoln's birthday. Both of those men are deserving of their on day. we as Americans should not forget the great men of this country. Of course they were not perfect men but all men of all time have operated under the same limitation of a fallen nature. When your see mens names in print and being honored it will always arouse our curiosity to find out more. Recent historians have focused on the short cominings of our founding fathers. No man could stand up to the scrutiny given these men . The wonderful thing those is that wehn you give these men an honest evaulation it is amazing what these did with what was thrown into their laps.
